Appointments must be rescheduled at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to your scheduled service.
If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify Mar directly.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
Clear communication is appreciated if you are running behind, to determine if service can still be provided.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you reschedule after the 72-hour rescheduling window, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new appointment must be booked with a new deposit.

Deposits are applied toward your remaining balance.
Sales tax is applied to all services.
Remaining balance is cash only.
If you must use online payment (via tap-to-pay), a 3.5% processing fee will be added.

Shampoo + conditioning is included with all services.
However, clients must arrive with detangled, product-free hair.
If hair is excessively tangled, matted (e.g., after braids), or has heavy product/wax buildup, additional fees will apply:
• Detangling Fee – $30
• Wax/Buildup Removal Fee – $50
